Note: Entry from the front gates on Echo Park Avenue is unavailable for security reasons. At the Laguna Avenue garage entrance, enter 001 on the keypad to ring the front desk. If no answer, dial (213) 640-9082 on your cell phone; a recorded voice will ask for your name and then ring through to a private line where someone will answer and let you in. We thank you for your patience with this multistep process, which is necessary while we are short staffed.
